The Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) is a grant that supports companies to adopt pre-scoped, pre-approved IT solutions to enhance their productivity and digital capabilities. Sage 300 Solutions is a Pre-Approved IT Solution under the PSG scheme.

InvoiceNow (PEPPOL E-Invoicing)

PEPPOL (Pan-European Public Procurement On-Line) is a digital invoicing and payment technology that enables companies with PEPPOL-ready accounting systems to issue electronic invoices and receive electronic payments from each other. This digital invoicing and payment process cuts down time and cost of processing invoice and sending payment.

Grants for Qualified Enterprises:

$70000 grant for InvoiceNow integration
Besides boosting the productivity of their finance operations, large enterprises that implement InvoiceNow on their accounting systems can enjoy grants up to a total of $70000 to defray their investment in e-invoicing. This total quantum is based on two schemes, namely the LEAD Connect Grant and LEAD Transaction Grant.

$30k LEAD Connect Grant

LEAD Connect provides a $30k fixed grant for enterprises to implement InvoiceNow on their own finance/ ERP solution.

$40k LEAD Transaction Grant

This grant provides up to $40k to large enterprises who meet the minimum number of transacting business partners on the InvoiceNow network.

PSG Eligibility


Who can apply?

Business entities can apply for PSG if they meet the following criteria:

  • Registered and operating in Singapore
  • Purchase/lease/subscription of the IT solutions/equipment/consultancy service must be used in Singapore
  • (For selected solutions only) Have a minimum of 30% local shareholding
  • (For consultancy service solutions only) Have at least three local employees at the point of application
How to apply and submit PSG claims?

4 steps:

  1. Access the list of supportable solutions eligible for your sector and identify relevant solutions that best suit your business needs.
  2. For IT solutions: Get a quotation from the pre-approved vendor
    For Equipment: Source for the equipment and get a quotation from the vendor
    For Consultancy Service: Get a quotation from the pre-approved consultant
  3. Submit an application on the Business Grants Portal (BGP).
    You will need to register for a Corppass account to transact on the portal.
  4. Submit your grant claim on the BGP before your claim due date.

SFEC Eligibility

Eligible employers who fulfil the following criteria can also qualify for additional subsidies under the SkillsFuture Enterprise Credits (SFEC) scheme:

  • Have contributed at least S$750 Skills Development Levy over the qualifying period
  • Have employed at least three Singapore Citizens (SCs) or Permanent Residents (PRs) every month over the same period
  • Have not been qualified for SFEC at any of the earlier periods
